I certainly hope not, but the fact that Oracle just bought Sun really concerns me. Many of us rely on the free-use and power of MySQL and know that we use MySQL because Oracle is friggin expensive.
So now that owns, Sun, Java and MySql, and now has their own operating system (Solaris), what could be next? Hopefully Oracle will attempt to buy Commodore and resurrect it from the dead. I’m looking to buy a new Commodore 20064.
