I’m always looking for ways to bring in a few more bucks a month from my websites. I’ve decided to take a peek at the Amazon Daily Deals widget (which can be found through the Amazon Associates Program) and see how it pans out.
I’ve never been a fan of the Amazon Associates Program primarily because of the cookie expiration time being much shorter than other affiliate programs such as CJ.com or even Linkshare.
BUT, at the same time I find myself and my wife ordering more and more stuff from Amazon (Ideal No Calorie Sweetener 100 Count for example) than any other online place. Having the Amazon Prime Membership membership helps because of the free shipping that usually goes along with it.
So with Summer wrapping up, school starting, and the Christmas Season on the horizon, I’m going to see how the addition of the Amazon Daily Deals widget will pan out for me.
